The New Look Laser College staff has a passion for all things tattoo. Whether it’s taking them off or putting them on, our course marries the two seemingly opposite ends of the spectrum, and teach students that laser tattoo removal isn’t adversarial to tattooing- but rather, part of the larger body art and expression industry. Our job is to teach students to fade and remove a patient’s ink so their appearance better expresses who they are. It’s taken our team years of training to become experiencing laser tattoo removal training experts.

Krystal Haney
Senior Clinical Trainer
Krystal is my name, and clinical education is my game! I was born and raised in El Paso, TX, and moved to Dallas about 10 years ago. I have been very blessed in my career in medical aesthetics to have had many opportunities to not only teach but to learn and grow as well. I am so excited to be part of a company that values integrity, customer service, and especially serving the community by #changinglives.
When I‘m not working, I’m spending time with my husband and beautiful daughter watching movies, playing games, or spending time at our church. I am a HUGE sci-fi/action/adventure movie aficionado. My absolute favorites include Harry Potter, Star Wars, Indiana Jones, and Jurassic Park - because of this, our family vacations are mostly spent in Orlando, Fl, which my husband has lovingly not complained about (much).

Jordan Hall

I love solving problems in new and creative ways, and that‘s why I’m so happy I found a home at Astanza that allows me to do just that. I‘m passionate about exploring the intersection of medicine and technology - I think it’s one of the most exciting and rewarding ways of improving people’s lives. When I‘m not focusing on that you can catch me at a concert (I love live music), reading a good book, or dancing (I’m alright).
Michael Hartnett

I‘m originally from Sandusky, Ohio where I enjoyed being on Lake Erie all summer. I then went to college at the University of Cincinnati where I studied Biomedical Engineering. I have a passion for creating innovative solutions to difficult problems.
When I’m not at work I enjoy being in the sun, whether it be by the pool or on the beach, as well as meeting new people and making new connections. I’m proud to be at Astanza where I can be part of an innovative and rewarding workplace.
Nick Banda

I am a Dallas native that has a love for solving complex problems, which led me to find my home at Astanza. When I am not working on cool lasers, you will find me hanging out with friends and family, working on cars, working with my hands, or playing with my Chihuahua, Chuy.
I am super excited to be a part of the A-Team here at Astanza because they really care about #ChangingLives of everyone they come in contact with for the better. Astanza has the perfect work environment and I could not ask for a better team to be a part of.
Reagan Stewart
In-House Biomedical Engineer
I was taking Intro to Biomedical Engineering at the University of North Texas when I discovered my passion for science, engineering, and mathematics. I enjoyed the challenge of solving complex problems and developing new life-changing technologies. This discovery influenced my decision to specialize in bioinstrumentation, further my education at Cornell University, and graduate with my Master’s of Engineering degree in Biomedical Engineering.
When I am not working, I am typically spending time with family and friends, cuddling with my dog, traveling to new places, eating chips and queso, baking at home, or teaching dance classes. I am proud to call myself part of the Astanza family, because they are truly a remarkable group of individuals who take pride in customer relationships, delivering top-of-the-line laser technology, and changing the lives of people in the community.

Brian has experience as a digital marketing consultant and has over 15 years of experience developing integrated marketing campaigns that generate new leads and customers in a wide array of industries including healthcare, technology, software, and staffing.

I’m all about the adventure – trying new types of food, checking out new places, listening to all kinds of music, traveling near and far just for a fresh perspective. You name it, I’m down to try it. If I’m not working you can catch me at the dog park with my sweet pup Ritz, reading a book by the pool, enjoying a cup of coffee at a local cafe, or streaming the latest true crime documentary.
Working at New Look Laser College allows me to find adventure in my day-to-day life by coming up with innovative ways to break the mold, specifically in our storytelling and digital marketing efforts. Born and raised in Kentucky, there are a few things that are sacred to me - BBQ, bourbon, basketball, and of course – the first Saturday in May (The KY Derby).
