As of March 19, 2020, the Dallas course on March 28-29, 2020 has been cancelled in response to other efforts to reduce the spread of COVID-19. For those impacted, please contact us for next steps. We’re working to promote the health and safety of all students and staff during this time.



Amid recent news of the spread of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we would like to share updates regarding New Look Laser College’s upcoming laser tattoo removal training courses and regular operations. We’ve received several questions regarding whether or not our training courses will still take place, cancellation policies, etc.  We hope you find the following review of NLLC’s operations and how COVID-19 may impact each helpful.

Upcoming Training Course – March 28 & 29 in Dallas, TX
(Astanza Laser Headquarters) 

New Look Laser College will host a tattoo removal training course on March 28-29 in Dallas, TX at the Astanza Laser headquarters. The average class size is 8 – 12 students, and we typically have 2 – 3 staff present.  Throughout the weekend, students will treat 10 – 12 tattoo removal patients (local to the DFW area), as is typical to complete the hands-on section of the course.


As this course is still a few weeks away, we have not yet made any decisions regarding impact by COVID-19. As a team, we’re monitoring the situation closely, and we will update registrants or interested parties with new information regarding course cancellation, postponement, or registration deferment, should the need arise.  As an added precaution, we’re enhancing our standard cleaning protocols and office hygiene efforts to ensure a safe and healthy learning environment for all students and staff. Cancellation Policy / Deferring Registration to a Later Course

New Look Laser College’s Cancellation Policy is as follows:

“Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable.”

Upon review, paid registrants affected by the Coronavirus may be eligible to defer their registration to a later course, based on availability. We are happy to review affected registrants on a case-by-case basis and accommodate our students as best we can. View the full training schedule here.

We encourage registrants to stay informed on the spread of COVID-19 in their areas or locations they plan to travel. We also encourage following any direction given by your local health officials regarding the best ways to stay healthy and impede the spread of COVID-19.  The New Look Laser College team is happy to answer any questions or address any concerns interested parties may have regarding the impact of COVID-19 on our training program.
